Who needs to be taught how to shop? Seriously, when you shop for the first time you will need to register giving a user name and password. When you return, which hopefully you will regularly, your details will be remembered. You can change your password as often as you like.
We know you are probably a very experienced shopper but for those who are not, here is some help.
When you have found the perfect product click ‘Add to Bag’ to buy it. Your shopping bag will fill up as you shop and products can be added or deleted and quantities changed at any time before you checkout. When you have finished shopping click on the ‘Bag’ icon and you will see all the items you have selected. You can amend your order here and then you’re ready to check out!
When you click ‘check out ‘you will be taken to the secure area, where all information is encrypted. For an explanation on this please read the section on privacy & security.
Please make sure you read the terms and conditions before you check out (it’s quite interesting really - but doesn’t compare with shopping!)
Please fill in all the details at the checkout carefully, ensuring that all fields are completed fully, especially your postcode.
